You will be required to be fully available during RBC's retail branch hours of operation, including extended hours Monday through Saturday until 8:00 PM and Sunday transplantation. What is the opportunity? As an RBC Financial Advisor you attract, nurture, and grow relationships with highvalue personal and small business clients by adding value when it matters. You provide proactive, professional advice and collaborate with RBC partners to help clients with their goals and key life events. What will you do? Consistently demonstrate empathy, kindness and take the time to understand circumstances, motivators and concerns across all interactions with colleagues and clients. Communicate effectively to uncover client needs, deliver clientcentric advice and solutions, and proactively resolve client concerns at first point of contact. Use your own advice capabilities, and those of the right partner in the RBC ecosystem, to meet the client's full suite of financial needs both personal and business. Provide professional advice and education, addressing complex credit and investments, ensuring suggestions are appropriate for client needs and financial circumstances. Champion digital enablement by proactively educating clients to selfserve, while leading with advice, delivering through digital where possible, and encouraging them to interact via their channel of choice. Make good use of technology to connect with clients both virtually and facetoface. Implement effective contact and relationshipbuilding strategies that accelerate new client acquisition and etention in the local community. Collaborate with marketleading professionals in financial planning, retirement planning, mortgages and business banking to ensure clients receive customized and relevant expert advice. What do you need to succeed? Musthave Valid Mutual Funds accreditation (Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course) Completed Designated Financial Services Advisor (DFSA) designation offered through the Canadian Securities Institute (e.g., Personal Financial Service Advice & Financial Planning I) 12 years of proven sales experience in the financial services industry, handling credit and investments Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain longterm client relationships Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.) Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Farsi Nicetohave Active in developing a solid network in the local community Whats in it for you?
