Role reports to: Product Compliance Lead Location: North America, Canada, Ontario, Guelph Work Location: Hybrid What you will do This Co-Op with the Product Quality team will provide you with an opportunity to deliver solutions to consumers in real time The intern will be a key member of the team helping achieve a key objective of timely delivery of consumer products. You will also maintain and publish key performance indicating metrics for the team. In addition, you will get an overview of the intricacies of a complex supply chain and challenges of navigating through it. Key Responsibilities Collect and review quality documentation against pre-determined specifications, including but not limited to batch records, certificates of analysis, and certificates of manufacture for product approval. Prioritize batch release review activities and oversee management of a shared e-mail inbox. Work with the internal quality team to support initiatives with internal and external suppliers and manufacturers on quality related issues. Support the collection, review and organization of master documentation data, both hard copy and electronically, to ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations. Lead and provide support to various continuous improvement initiatives. Supports product qualification and validation activities as part of ongoing support to marketed products as well as new product launches. Maintain oversight of all batches awaiting release and focus on prioritizing batch reviews such that urgent batches are handled as soon as possible, and non-urgent items are completed in a timely manner. What we are looking for Required Qualifications Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B status) Minimum of 2 years complete of a 4-year Bachelor''s Degree (BA/BS) program is required (A focused degree in Chemistry, Biology, or Biological Sciences is preferred) Eligible to complete an 4-month co-op term at our Kenvue in Guelph. This assignment will take place from April 2026 to August 2026 and will be hybrid Proven ability to work independently without continuous feedback Strong organizational, documentation and communication skills Desired Qualifications Maintains a high level of organization in a dynamic environment A desire to tackle problems keeping the end user at the center Strong social skills, including professional communications, both orally and through email, with internal and external partners Ability to take initiative to continuously improve personally and through optimizing processes used in the role Excellent attention to detail and quality mindset are essential Strong computer skills (e.g. use of Word, Outlook and Excel), and the ability to learn new software systems Able to work effectively in a team through open communication and collaboration Enrolled in an undergraduate degree program majoring any field related to Science What''s in it for you Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:$34.000,00 - $49.450,00 This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate''s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
