Were looking for a capable Operations & Revenue Coordinator to join our team.In this pivotal role, youll own and operate the core systems that keep SparkPath running: sales, operations, billing, customer success, shipping, conferences, and internal workflows. Youll work closely with our Founder, JP Michel, not by managing his calendar or inbox, but by removing operational friction, addressing customer needs, and running sales systems to drive revenue. If youre detail-oriented, calm under pressure, comfortable working close to revenue, and find satisfaction in making complex operations run cleanly behind the scenes, this role may be a strong fit.***Only accepting applications who complete the Google form link at the bottom of the job description. What Youll be Doing In this Role:Billing, Invoicing & Revenue OperationsManage the full billing lifecycle in QBO (estimates, invoices, recurring billing, payments, churn)Maintain revenue accuracy, payment follow-ups, and coordination with the accountantSales Operations & Customer SupportOwn inbound inquiries, account setup, access management, onboarding coordination, and CRM hygieneCustomer Discovery & Sales IntelligenceResearch institutional customers and prepare pricing context and insights for sales conversationsConferences & On-Site EventsOwn conference logistics end-to-end, including materials, booth operations,sales support, and post-event invoicing and follow-upShipping, Fulfillment & InventoryManage physical order fulfillment, shipping, inventory tracking, procurement, and customer shipping support (at our Ottawa office, or from your home)Admin, Reporting & SystemsMaintain SOPs, Loom documentation, internal data exports, usage audits, and monthly/annual reportingReading this makes you say, That is SO ME!:You think like an operator, not an assistantYoure comfortable owning processes end-to-endYou enjoy detail-heavy work where accuracy mattersYoure calm and grounded when things get busy or ambiguousYoure proactive and dont wait to be told what to fixYou understand how systems interact and prevent downstream errorsYou communicate clearly and close loops consistentlyYou care about meaningful work in education and career developmentYou are a self-starter, self-reliant and super responsibleYou are known for your strong organizational skills and have a keen sense of prioritiesYou have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and getting things done on timeYou are not afraid to try new things and new approaches that have not been done before, its excites you and makes you growNecessary Skills:Experience in operations, sales support, billing, customer success, and/or administrationComfort working with revenue-adjacent tasks (invoicing, payments, follow-ups)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple recurring responsibilities reliablyYou are tech savvy. If you dont know our tech tools: GSuite, JotForm, ChatGPT,MongoDB, Firebase, QBO, Shopify, you have a can-learn attitude and are open to grow your skills, fast, to be efficient in the team.A college or university degree is preferred.English, writing and speaking is essential. Since this position requires shipping our products, you can choose to ship them from our office in Ottawa, or from your home.The ideal candidate must be available between 8 am-4 pm EST and can expect around 30-40 hours of work per week.You can combine this role with other commitments, provided you reserve dedicated weekly time slots for SparkPath.The starting salary range isCA$24/hr - CA$28/hr.
