Join to apply for the Content & Production Manager role at Martell MediaOverviewContent & Production Manager role with emphasis on ideation, scripting, reporting, and analytics, working with the media team during shoots to ensure our message lands with impact.What You'll DoContent Strategy & Creation Lead ideation, scripting, and scheduling of all content; ensure every piece aligns with growth and engagement goals; write, storyboard, and structure content for maximum impactReporting & Analytics Track performance across social, newsletters, and campaigns; use insights to refine content direction weekly; report follower growth, engagement, and campaign ROIProduction & Collaboration Support during shoots (with our media team owning production); ensure brand voice and consistency across video and media projects; collaborate on event-related content and highlight campaignsOptimization & Growth Test and experiment with formats, messaging, and platforms; identify opportunities for higher reach and stronger conversion; align content strategy with long-term follower and community growthWhat You BringRequired:Strong creative and storytelling skills (writing, scripting, ideas)Comfort with reporting, analytics, and data-driven iterationHighly organized, able to manage content calendars and deadlinesCollaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionallyPassion for womens empowerment and building communityPreferred:Copywriting that connects and convertsVideo editing skills (short-form, recaps, social-ready)Full-stack marketing skills (email, paid, funnels)Experience in events or community-driven brandsCompensation & LocationOn-Target Earnings: $60,000$70,000 CAD Base + variable bonusLocation: Remote (Kelowna, BC preferred)About UsAt The Pink Skirt Project, were on a mission to empower women to break barriers, claim their space, and lead boldly.
