JOB DESCRIPTIONInsight Global is looking for an Oracle HCM Consultant to join a large consulting company on a full time, permanent basis. This is a fully remote role sitting either in AB or BC with occasional travel to client sites. Day to day responsibilities include: - Design & Configure: Translate business requirements into Oracle HCM solutions and configure modules. - Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate HR, Payroll, and related systems. - Test & Validate: Lead testing cycles to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Advise & Optimize: Provide best practices and compliance guidance to clients. Support & Document: Prepare documentation, support adoption, and train users. - Client Interaction: Conduct workshops, present solutions, and manage stakeholder expectations.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE- At least 2 years of hands on experience with Oracle HCM across at least two modules (Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Time and Labor)- Experience configuring Oracle HCM modules and creating functional design documents- Strong understanding of business process flows, approvals, and integration with enterprise systems- Hands on experience with full lifecycle implementations (design, build, test, deploy)- Knowledge of Canadian compliance and legislation for HR and Payroll- Understanding of testing strategies, data validation and issue resolutionNICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE- Oracle HCM certifications- Bilingual French/English
