Join to apply for the Design Administrator role at Seymour Pacific DevelopmentsThe Design Administrator will be flexible and work effectively in a fastpaced environment, providing support to the Design Department. This role includes ensuring comprehensive communication and efficient flow of all required paperwork between the Sites and the various Home Office departments.Your contributions to the team:Providing administrative support to the Design & Development teamsCreating Purchase Orders, SubContracts, and COs for engineers and other external stakeholdersCollaborating with other departments to maintain company policies and proceduresPrinting and binding project drawings and specifications for permit and constructionCompleting accurate and timely data entry using different software and programsUploading, organizing, and maintaining project drawings and files for department consistencyCoordinating invoice reviews and approvals in a timely fashionMaintaining and updating project assignments and schedules with guidance of othersScheduling and minuting project meetingsOther administrative tasks, as requestedWhat you need to be successful:Minimum two years experience as an Administrative AssistantExperience using Dayforce and Vista by Viewpoint an asset but not requiredEffective verbal and written communication skillsExceptional organizational abilities with task prioritization, multitasking and time management techniquesAbility to work well with others in a fastpaced construction office environmentUnderstanding of building/site design and/or construction an assetAdvanced level of proficiency with MS Office requiredWhy Seymour Pacific?
