You will be responsible for maintaining compliance, supporting reporting processes, and facilitating stakeholder engagement to uphold organizational standards in health, safety, and security. This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension.ResponsibilitiesStakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external HSS stakeholders.Reporting: Assist in preparing reports for HSS leaders and staff, including financial summaries, KPIs, and field leadership updates.Data Management: Coordinate activities to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and compliance within the HSS team.Sourcing & Financial Support: Provide administrative support for purchasing, contract administration, financial reporting, and payment processing for HSS activities.Continuous Improvement: Support HR continuous improvement reporting and assist team with improvement initiatives.Communications: Coordinate and support communications, meetings, and activities related to HSS services.Administrative Support: Provide operational assistance to the Head of HSS and Managers, including meeting coordination, operating rhythm, and special projects.RequirementsProven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholdersExperience in data compliance and information management systemsExposure to financial processes such as purchasing and accounts payableExperience coordinating team communications and eventsStrong administration and stakeholder management skillsKnowledge of risk management support processesFamiliarity with financial management and reportingUnderstanding of health and safety principlesRequired: Experience in Accounts, Finance, or Business AdministrationRecommended: Background in administration management and stakeholder engagementWhat We OfferWhy work with Brunel?
