Job Description

We are seeking qualified and experienced Scaffolders to register their interest for upcoming projects in Alberta, British Columbia, and New Brunswick. This is an excellent opportunity to partner with Altrad Canada as we continue to grow. Key Responsibilities Erect, maintain, and dismantle scaffolding safely and efficiently Follow all site-specific safety standards, JHAs, and risk assessments Inspect scaffolding structures to ensure compliance and safety Maintain housekeeping standards in work areas Use PPE correctly and report any safety hazards or incidents Participate in safety meetings, training, and site inductions Qualifications & Experience Journeyperson Scaffolder ticket preferred. Non-ticketed Journeyperson based on proof of hours may be considered Minimum 3+ years scaffolding experience in an industrial environment is required Physically fit, able to lift and carry up to 25KG, and confident working at heights Strong knowledge of scaffolding standards, fall protection, and safe work practices Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings/plans and problem solve on-site are considered assets Ability to work in varying environments and weather conditions Must be able to pass Verification of Competency Assessment Must comply with pre-access drug & alcohol screening and pre-employment medical assessment Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced industrial environment Valid safety certifications (WHMIS, Fall Protection/Working at Heights, Confined Space, and Standard First Aid with CPR) Valid work rights status in Canada What We Offer Opportunities to work on diverse projects across various sites Training and ongoing development through Altrad Competency Modules A supportive and safety-driven work environment Career development with a global leader in industrial services How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to submit their Expression of Interest, including a resume and copies of valid certifications and proof of hours (if applicable), through the application portal or by email to with the subject line: ''EOI Scaffolder'' .
