Litigation Lawyer Fulton is one of the oldest law firms in BC, and as a full-service firm, our client base is rapidly expanding throughout the BC interior. We are looking for an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join our busy litigation team. The ideal candidate will have trial experience and be comfortable working in a team environment. The successful candidate should have: An entrepreneurial desire, positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills and eager to participate in the marketing of the firm to the local and regional communities; A passion to provide exceptional client service through powerful legal solutions; A desire to become engaged in the community for personal and professional development purposes, and to develop your own referral network to generate new clients and new revenue sources. As a new lawyer joining our firm you will experience: Being an integral part of the continued expansion of our Litigation practice group, which is chaired by a practice group leader. In the group there is a coordinated approach to practice management and growth. A very collegial environment, with formal and informal mentorship relationships. We have a process for annual performance reviews, and a formal Associate Committee that hosts associate roundtable lunches monthly to keep associates engaged with and informed about overall firm operations and management. Working closely with other lawyers in the firm. You will walk into a litigation/personal injury practice.
