Reporting to the General Manager Outlets, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Coordinate seating and flipping tables Understand the Server and Bus person''s tasks in the outlet andprovide assistanceasrequired Understand shift end reports in the outlet and the POS system Escort guests to their tables Organize reservations daily using Open Table reservation system Assistguestsregardingfood and beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way Perform opening,cleaningand closing duties Have knowledge of all menu items, garnishes,contentsand preparation methods Qualifications Whatwillyou bring to this role?
