Job Description Responsibilities: Operate hand-add station using a digital scale to measure materials and ensure quality standards. Bag cement-based products in accordance with production and quality requirements. Manually stack products on pallets and production lines. Safely operate a forklift for material storage. Follow all company safety policies, including PPE use, lock-out procedures, confined space protocols, and safe lifting practices. Immediately report unsafe conditions, accidents, incidents, or near misses to management. Maintain cleanliness of workstations and adhere to plant housekeeping standards. Perform additional duties as assigned. Work Environment: Indoor and outdoor work; ability to adapt to temperature and weather fluctuations. Dusty and dirty environment; uniform provided. Hearing protection required due to noise levels. Handling of cementitious materials and chemicals; proper respirator fit and use required. Frequent repetitive physical tasks; ability to lift up to 30 kg. Work safely around moving machinery and equipment. Schedule: Day and night shifts required. Overtime may be necessary. Summary of Role: You will work on a production line in various capacities, including hand-add station, bagging and stacking products, and packaging/storage. Regular housekeeping duties are also required.
