About this opportunity The Facilities & Procurement Coordinator manages the intake, coordination, and resolution of facilities and FF&E requests across CBI Health''s national clinic portfolio. Serving as the central point of contact for clinics, vendors, landlords, and internal teams, the role ensures work orders are tracked, scoped, and completed efficiently. The role also supports procurement and administrative activities, including purchasing, vendor coordination, and process improvements, contributing to the ongoing evolution of facilities and procurement operations. Salary range: $41,800-$59,200 Take an inside look at what you''ll be do each day Facilities Coordination (65%) Manage the full lifecycle of facilities, FF&E, and site-related requests using the internal ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and service-level compliance Track, prioritize, and report on work orders, schedule and coordinate maintenance, repairs, minor renovations, and equipment servicing Act as a liaison between clinics, landlords, property managers, trades, and vendors to ensure smooth operations Coordinate delivery schedules, material requirements, and small operational projects across multiple sites Review and process purchase orders and invoices, collaborating with Finance and vendors to ensure accuracy and timely payment Procurement Coordination (35%) Facilitate vendor onboarding and support setup of new products and services Coordinate procurement and ongoing supply of office, medical, and physiotherapy items Manage Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order processes end-to-end, including approvals and documentation Maintain procurement records, support compliance and audits, and administer Procurement''s visa Provide administrative and coordination support to the Senior Manager, Facilities & Procurement, including ad hoc initiatives What you need to be successful 25 years in facilities coordination, procurement, sourcing, supplier management, or operations Experience with ticketing/work order systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk, Freshservice) Experience supporting multi-site facilities, real estate, or healthcare environments preferred Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting Proficient in handling invoices, purchase orders, and spend tracking with high attention to detail Effective communicator, collaborating with internal teams, landlords, and external vendors Self-directed, analytical, and able to problem-solve independently Experience with ERP or procurement systems (SAP/eSourcing tools are an asset) Proficiency in English; French/English bilingualism is an asset What CBI Health offers you Continuous learning and skills development, including management opportunities Competitive compensation with comprehensive benefits and rewards package, including group health, dental and vision benefits, paid 100% by the employer Flexible hours, which allow work-life balance and focus on quality of life About Us For millions of Canadians, CBI Health is where better begins.
