Hotel maintenance or trades experience mandatory. $2.00 per hour housing allowance if you do not need staff housing $13/night staff housing available Summer Bonus Schemes Department: Maintenance Position: Maintenance Technician Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor/Maintenance Manager Primary Function: Coordinate with Maintenance Manager and Supervisors to ensure adequate upkeep of mechanical equipment, and hotel assets and perform repairs/maintenance in guest rooms and common areas of the property. Tracking and performing preventative maintenance and condition of property is a large part of this role. Prime Responsibilities Include: Empty trash cans and other waste containers; Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems. Perform inspections of property and other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair; Perform minor repairs on appliances; Clean overly dirty areas. Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas. Ensure guest and employee safety. And to safely perform any duty that the Maintenance Manager requires.
