Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting freight and goods between locations, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining the condition of the vehicle. This role requires a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and professionalism to support our company''s transportation operations. Responsibilities Operate commercial trucks to transport freight across designated routes while adhering to all safety regulations and traffic laws. Load and unload freight using forklifts or other heavy equipment as needed, ensuring proper handling and securement of cargo according to on-site requirements. Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle before and after trips, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and overall vehicle condition. Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting when necessary to maintain vehicle functionality. Maintain accurate delivery logs, documentation, and communication with dispatchers regarding delivery status. Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or damage during transportation and loading activities. Correctly complete and submit all company Paperwork including BOL''s, Logbook entries, timesheets, and any other paperwork required for the job. Scale loads Legally Comply with delivery instructions and ensure proper hauling procedures are followed. Manually tie down and secure Loads. Provide clients with exceptional and timely service. Experience Minimum 3 years'' experience as a Licensed Class 3 or Class 5 driver''s license with Air brake endorsement, and a clean 5 year driving abstract. Must be available to work a flexible schedule. Must pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol test Knowledge of automotive repair basics to troubleshoot minor issues during routes Valid commercial driver''s license (CDL) with a clean driving record Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently in various environments Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.58-$25.55 per hour Work Location: In person
