As the Information Technology (IT) Office Support, you will be responsible for various administrative functions within the IT Business Unit. Primary duties include: Respond to requests placed to the IT Supplies and Services phone and email address. Respond to requests of internal clients in person and by email and respond, action or redirect emails. Distribute, track and store equipment for use and coordinate repairs for equipment. Create work orders and initiate requests for facility maintenance repairs. Monitor and manage the IT mail rooms at Andrew Davison Building by distributing the mail, maintain the Multifunction Devices (MFD) printers including loading paper. Pick up and delivery of supplies to supply rooms on several floors at the Andrew Davison Building. Facilitate requests for recycling pickup and requesting porter support for IT. Order stationery supplies, coffee supplies and office equipment supplies. Support IT meeting rooms, catering orders requests and housekeeping tasks. Facilitate IT equipment for pickup/drop off, assist with corporate technology implementations, IT employee events, booking meeting space on behalf of IT Leaders/Managers. Provide support to other administrative staff including vacation relief. Qualifications A High School Diploma or equivalent (for example: GED) and at least 3 years of related experience. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required. Completion of customer service courses are considered an asset. Success in this position requires well developed communication and interpersonal skills, a collaborative approach to problem solving, strong organization and planning skills.
