We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role is 100% commission-based, ideal for individuals who enjoy sales, relationship-building, and earning based on performance.The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting our programs/services, and converting inquiries into successful enrollments or sales. Responsibilities Actively promote and sell our products/services to prospective clients Follow up with leads via phone, email, or in-person conversations Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets Represent the company professionally and ethically at all times Requirements Previous sales, customer service, or marketing experience (preferred but not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Comfortable working independently Ability to manage time effectively and follow up consistently Basic computer and CRM skills are an asset Compensation Commission-based pay (no cap on earnings) High commission per successful sale/enrollment Performance-based incentives available (Exact commission structure will be discussed during the interview.)
