GP Bikes is looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team If you have strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and knowledge of motorcycle makes, models and mechanics, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Job duties: Greet customers and intake motorcycles or power equipment for service and diagnostics, ensuring detailed and accurate work orders. Schedule and manage service appointments efficiently. Communicate with customers via phone, email, or in person, keeping them informed on service progress and future maintenance needs. Provide accurate quotes for service work and finalize invoices upon job completion. Sell service operations and proactively recommend additional maintenance when appropriate. Assist with other service-related duties as needed. Qualifications: Passion for motorcycles and a strong understanding of motorcycle makes and models. Previous experience as a Service Advisor required or experience within the motorcycle industry Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Physically able to push and maneuver motorcycles within the dealership and lot.
