We are currently looking for a responsible independent individual to fill the role of Content Marketing Assistant to professionally manage content creation, like blog writing, editing, copywriting, and personal assistance to the owner. You will receive training and will be challenged to solve problems at a fast-paced environment. This is a wonderful opportunity to gain experience. Applicants must possess the following skills: Your General Approach: You must have well developed verbal and written communication skills A friendly and positive attitude in interacting with clients and other team members High personal and professional standards Ability to build and sustain positive professional relationships with clients Detail oriented in the preparation of reports, communications, and content Schedule flexibility with weekends and/or evenings and mornings Organize/develop/learn any necessary ideas and/or projects through research and training Managing and replying to client emails. Including obtaining new clients via email, blogging, social media, and other lead generation methods. Use of Technology: Be skilled with computer software, browsers, and operating systems Computer skills, including familiarity with email, google docs, and social media Organization Skills: Able to perform data entry and manage calendars Ability to organize client files Ability to coordinate and organize meetings and events Time Management Skills: Great organization abilities Ability to focus and complete tasks with minimal supervision Ability to accurately plan and execute your tasks Able to multi-task and apply creative thinking Be resourceful in exploring options and solutions Location: Kitchener-Waterloo, ON (Preferred) Combination of work from home and in-person Language: English Job Type Part-time (Paid Internship) Job Types: Part-time, Internship Pay: $18.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 6 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kitchener, ON N2G 2X8
