Overview We are seeking a reliable and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. This role involves safely transporting vehicles, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient operations within our towing services. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, a valid commercial driver''s license, and experience in automotive repair or related fields. Responsibilities Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently to transport vehicles to designated locations. Assist customers with vehicle recovery, roadside assistance, and related services. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of tow trucks to ensure proper functioning. Use mechanical skills to troubleshoot minor issues with vehicles or equipment as needed. Maintain accurate logs of all towing activities, including time, location, and vehicle details. Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, and team members to coordinate operations. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during all tasks. Experience Valid commercial driver''s license (CDL) with clean driving record. A minimum of a DZ driver''s license. Mandatory Tow Truck Driver Certificate. Proven experience as a Tow Truck Driver or in a similar role within automotive or transportation industries. Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle repair and maintenance is highly desirable. Customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally and courteously. Knowledge of automotive repair procedures is advantageous but not mandatory. This position requires a dedicated individual committed to safety, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence in the towing industry.
