Job Description: As an Operations Associate, you will play a critical role on our operations team. This is a multi-disciplinary role with several, varying responsibilities including: Providing support to our finance/quoting team Providing support to our project start team Providing support to our test report review team Coordinating regularly occurring meetings with clients for Claigan''s consulting services The central theme of this diverse role is to ensure the successful start and conclusion of a variety of testing and consulting projects with a strong emphasis on quality control. This job is ideal for somebody who likes day-to-day variety. Key Responsibilities: Writing Quotes: Use Claigan''s internal system to generate quotes for clients. Review quotes for other colleagues. Processing PO''s: Enter purchase orders into Claigan''s internal system to allow for smooth project starts. AR: Assist our finance team with contacting clients to ensure prompt payment Test Report Review: Review Claigan''s test reports for consistency, accuracy, and completeness before they are sent to the client. Meeting Coordinator: Schedule regularly occurring meetings with clients and Claigan''s consulting staff. Product Incoming: Receive products, match them to quoted projects, use Claigan''s internal system to place projects into our testing queue, and communicate completion dates to clients. Review projects entered by colleagues.
