Shifts will include evenings and weekends. Compensation includes bi-weekly tips. Responsibilities: Check and maintain food quality Maintain real time communication with kitchen and servers Be the point of contact for FOH and BOH operations Have a keen eye in spotting food Make sure food expo area is well stocked and clean at all times Serve food to guests in a timely manner Make sure take out and room service orders are plated and boxed correctly Greet and Seat Guests If you love being on your feet at all times, enjoy a busy atmosphere where team work is a must - this position is for you.
