Job Title

Job Summary We are looking for a team member to manage the retail sales and rental of medical equipment in our store, including wheelchairs, walkers, bath benches, power wheelchairs and scooters, diagnostic products, disposable materials, orthopedic supports, and compression stockings. This person will also be responsible for various daily operational duties, including opening and closing the store and answering store phone calls. Responsibilities Engage with customers and assist them in selecting suitable products based on their needs Operate the Shopify POS system to complete sales transactions and issue invoices Handle cashier duties and report daily sales Monitor stock levels regularly and notify management of low inventory Conduct physical inventory counts and ensure stock accuracy Manage the rental of medical equipment and track rented items Connect with nearby medical centers to introduce and promote the store Maintain visual merchandising standards Answer store phone calls professionally and assist customers by phone Open and close the store according to daily operating procedures Gather customer feedback and suggest ways to improve service and sales Support the store in achieving its sales and rental goals Experience Experience in retail sales or medical products is preferred Familiarity with Shopify or other POS systems Experience with cashiering and invoicing Ability to manage and track rented medical products Reliable and detail-oriented in stock management and inventory counting Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel or similar software Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Responsible and punctual in handling store opening and closing duties Work Schedule The regular work schedule for this position will be two days per week, totaling 12 hours per week. The employee will normally work on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., primarily to support other team members. Each shift will include a 30-minute unpaid meal break. The specific working days and hours may be adjusted from time to time based on other team members'' days off and overall staffing needs, and the employee must be available and willing to work on other days when required.
