You will be responsible for guiding customers through the ordering process, preparing their meals to their exact preferences, and ensuring the store remains clean and welcoming. Key Responsibilities: Food Preparation: Prepare fresh ingredients daily (chopping vegetables, cooking proteins, etc.) and assemble orders including burritos, bowls, tacos, and quesadillas. Customer Service: Greet every customer with enthusiasm, answer questions about the menu, and provide a positive experience from start to finish. Cash Handling: operate the POS system efficiently and accurately processing payments. Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, dining room, and kitchen. Follow all health and safety guidelines. Inventory: Assist with restocking ingredients and monitoring inventory levels during the shift. Requirements: Previous experience in a quick-service restaurant or customer service role is an asset (but we are willing to train the right attitude). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Strong communication skills and a team-player mentality.
