You''re booked solid, but you''re handling everything alone: marketing, admin, difficult cases without backup, parents who need more than bodywork can provide. At MyBaby Craniosacral, you''ll join Toronto''s leading craniosacral therapy clinic for babies and children. We''ve been open for 7 years and we''re expanding - families drive from as far as Sudbury to get their babies treated here. We''re growing into a full multidisciplinary pediatric clinic where collaboration is built into every day. Our IBCLCs, SLP, OT, and CST practitioners share treatment plans, cross-refer within the clinic, and solve complex cases together. Here''s what that means for you: Babies are 90% of your caseload (not adults who tolerate you treating their kids on the side) - Built-in referral base (we''re booked out consistently - you walk into demand, not hustle) - Zero admin burden (scheduling, billing, intake forms - all handled. We also handle direct billing to make care accessible for families) - Mentorship in our proprietary methodology (techniques not taught in Upledger or Harris that produce the results you see in our Google reviews) - Clinical support when you need it (stuck on a case? You have a team) You''ll work from our new King Street West clinic (opening March 2026) with optional home visits across Toronto. Flexible part-time hours: weekdays, evenings, or weekends - you choose. What You''ll Do Provide craniosacral therapy for infants and children (newborn through teens) Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team on shared treatment plans Learn and apply our proprietary CST methodology for pediatric cases Maintain detailed client records in Jane App Participate in monthly team meetings and case consultations Continue your education in infant bodywork, feeding, and development Who You Are Required: Licensed healthcare professional (RMT, Chiropractor, Osteopath, Physiotherapist, or equivalent) Minimum 1 year experience treating infants with CST Training in infant CST (Upledger or Robert Harris preferred) Comfortable working in open-concept clinic environment Live in or near Toronto You''ll thrive here if you: Want to work with babies and children as your primary focus Value collaboration over solo practice Respect family autonomy (no imposing your parenting beliefs) Provide non-judgmental, compassionate care Stay current with continuing education Can confidently explain CST to questioning parents Experience in one or more is a bonus: Breastfeeding or lactation support Bottle feeding support Developmental milestones Tongue ties or oral function Holistic infant sleep (NOT sleep training) Birth trauma or perinatal care Infant bodywork or pediatric specialization About Working With Us The Culture: We work with families in heightened stress.
