Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Hot Tub Technician to join our team. This role involves providing expert maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting services for hot tubs and spas to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality service. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues related to hot tubs and spa equipment Diagnose service repair requests and complete repairs efficiently and accurately Service components including pumps, heaters, control packs, sensors, and plumbing Perform maintenance tasks such as drain & refills, winterization, and recommissioning Assist with hot tub deliveries, placements, and installations as required Provide guidance to customers on proper hot tub operation, water care, and maintenance Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and customer interactions Collaborate with team members to ensure timely job completion Follow all safety protocols and company procedures Maintain service tools, inventory, and company vehicle Qualifications Proven mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting ability. Familiarity with hot tub, spa, pool, or similar mechanical systems (preferred) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely. Good communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Valid driver''s license required; clean driving record preferred. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Prior experience in spa or pool service is a plus but not mandatory.
