We are looking to hire IP Core Project Manager in Brampton, ON immediately who has experience in Wireline Core, Telco experience & is PMP certified. Need experience in capacity enhancement programs, upgrade programs, related to IP Core Projects & open to profiles with Optical and transport experience in addition to the IP Core. High-level Requirement: PM''s with Core IP, management network, Wireline Core Experience IP Core, SDE, enterprise network, management network, Wireline Core Experience. Must have previous Telco experience with IP Core PMP Required Key Skills & Competencies Network Design & Engineering (IP/MPLS, SDN, NFV, Routing Protocols) Traffic Engineering & QoS Implementation Security & Risk Mitigation in Core Networks Capacity Planning & Performance Optimization Technical Leadership & Decision-Making Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving Project Management & Coordination Effective Communication & Reporting Vendor & Stakeholder Management Qualification/Experience/Attributes Bachelor''s degree in Telecommunications, Network Engineering, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in IP/MPLS network engineering, preferably in a telecom or ISP environment. Expert-level knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, IS-IS) and MPLS-based solutions. Hands-on experience with network hardware (Cisco, Juniper) and software-defined networking (SDN). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues. Proficiency in network automation tools, scripting (Python, Ansible), and monitoring frameworks. Industry certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead technical initiatives effectively.
