Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards across various commercial facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in cleaning, janitorial, or custodial services, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Cleaning takes place during the day, evening, and overnight (depending on the location), so full availability is a must. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, lobbies, and other designated areas within commercial buildings Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors and surfaces to meet cleanliness standards Empty trash receptacles and replace liners regularly Clean windows, glass doors, and partitions as needed Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper in restrooms and break areas Follow established safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals safely Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality while working in client spaces Qualifications Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or custodial work is preferred Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality cleaning standards Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment or supplies Reliable transportation may be necessary depending on the work site location Ability to follow safety procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly Join our team as a Commercial Cleaner to help create clean, safe, and professional environments.
