Senior GTM Recruiter Join AeroVect as a Senior GTM Recruiter and help us build a worldclass team as we scale to some of the worlds largest airports. Job Description We are looking for a driven and experienced Senior GTM Recruiter. In this role, youll help us build a worldclass team as we scale AeroVect to some of the worlds largest airports. You will Source top talent for AeroVect in a highly competitive market. Partner closely with AeroVects founders, engineering leaders, and principal recruiter to understand hiring objectives and align sourcing strategies. Consistently generate a strong pipeline of highquality candidates. Contribute to delivering a highquality and holistic candidate experience. Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent (e.g., networking, events, marketing, etc.). You Have 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and finding creative ways to attract talent. A proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting GTM roles (sales, ops, marketing, finance, etc.). Experience hiring for technical talent (robotics, autonomy, hardware) bonus. Experience with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or other ATS. Experience with fastgrowing and quickscaling startups.
