What you will do Manage the global finance initiative roadmap, including a rolling forecast that aligns with the companys strategic objectives. Identify and execute areas of finance operational improvement, creating requirements documentation, endtoend process flows, use cases, and validating alignment with business and IT strategies. Work with internal and external stakeholders to projectmanage and lead global finance initiatives to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and automate where possible. Ensure all critical global policies, standards, and guidelines are included in the finance handbook, collaborating with finance partners worldwide. Apply changemanagement techniques to ensure clear communication and effective coordination across all areas impacted by finance initiatives, driving project success and achieving desired outcomes. Lead the Finance System Accounting Team to achieve departmental goals, while managing the administration of finance systems through mentoring, coaching, and training. Seek opportunities for continuous improvement, aligning with industry best practices, incorporating stakeholder feedback, and implementing enhancements proactively. Drive initiative engagement within the finance team by providing regular updates, setting and tracking goals, and ensuring active stakeholder participation in discussions and progress reviews to maintain alignment and accountability. Requirements Chartered Professional Accountant designation or equivalent certification and proven experience (minimum 2years) in process mapping, risk identification, and improvement initiatives. Experience administering accounting business tools and applications. Experience improving productivity through automation and tool implementation. Experience identifying and implementing improvements that drive efficiencies and business performance. A resilient, flexible, solutionoriented approach to addressing areas of improvement, with a passion for digging into issues and leading problemsolving. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Suite. Nice to have Project management experience and/or training. Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics365. Salary range $106,000 to $125,000CAD per year. Please note that the base pay will be commensurate with experience and may vary based on factors including knowledge, skills, experience, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
