Job Requisition ID # 25WD93282 Position Overview At Autodesk, markups are the engine that powers collaborationtheyre the digital glue that ties design, build, and operations together. On the Markups and Collaboration team within Visualization Solutions, youll help shape a core collaboration tool that spans our products: from annotations, async and live end-to-end workflows, and approval loops. Whether its a designer brainstorming with the team, a contractor flagging an issue on site, or project manager routing feedback across teamsmarkups are at the heart of how our users work together. Were looking for a motivated Junior Product Manager who will dive in writing requirements and specifications, conducting research, partnering closely with stakeholders (internal and external), and working handinhand with engineers, designers, and UX to deliver industrydefining solutions for web and mobile. The role is Canadabased, remote, preferably East Coast. Responsibilities Contribute to team roadmap aligned with organizational strategic goals. Work with Product leads to adjust priorities for product investments based on customer interactions and stakeholder requests. Collect and respond to feedback from customers and stakeholders, adjusting scope, timing, and priority. Analyze data to guide product direction and validate new capabilities and workflows. Build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders to refine and communicate product strategy. Partner with UX and engineering teams to build customercentric products. Collaborate closely with UX and engineering to develop, test, and deliver clear requirements and user stories. Be accessible to team members for explaining and clarifying product goals, priorities, and constraints. Assist in creating product marketing collateral to communicate product and feature value propositions. Develop product and workflow demonstrations for video recordings and live presentations. Minimum Qualifications 13 years of experience as a Product Manager. BS, BA or BEng, in Engineering or CS (with strong plus for AEC related discipline). English fluency in verbal and written forms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and decisionmaking skills. Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders. Ability to understand complex customer workflows, identifying key outcomes and opportunities to add value. Preferred Qualifications Experience working on 3D experiences, gaming, or graphics. Deep knowledge and handson experience with Autodesk BIM design and construction tools (Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Assemble, Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks). Experience with mobile (iOS and Android). Recueillir et rpondre aux commentaires des clients et des parties prenantes, en ajustant la porte, le calendrier et les priorits. Analyser les donnes pour orienter la direction du produit et valider les nouvelles capacits et les nouveaux flux de travail. tablir et entretenir des partenariats avec les parties prenantes afin daffiner et de communiquer la stratgie produit. Collaborer avec les quipes UX et dingnierie pour crer des produits centrs sur le client. Collaborer troitement avec les quipes UX et dingnierie pour dvelopper, tester et fournir des exigences et des rcits dutilisateurs clairs. tre accessible aux membres de lquipe pour expliquer et clarifier les objectifs, les priorits et les contraintes des produits. Aider la cration de supports marketing pour communiquer les propositions de valeur des produits et des fonctionnalits. Dvelopper des dmonstrations de produits et de flux de travail pour des enregistrements vido et des prsentations en direct. Qualifications minimales 1 3 ans dexprience en tant que chef de produit. Licence ou baccalaurat en ingnierie ou en informatique. (une formation dans le domaine de l'AEC est un atout considrable). Matrise de langlais loral et lcrit. Excellentes comptences en communication orale et crite. Solides comptences en matire danalyse et de prise de dcision. Capacit collaborer avec plusieurs quipes et parties prenantes. Capacit comprendre les flux de travail complexes des clients, identifier les rsultats cls et les opportunits dajouter de la valeur. Qualifications souhaites Exprience dans le domaine des expriences 3D, des jeux ou du graphisme. Connaissance approfondie et exprience pratique des outils de conception et de construction BIM dAutodesk (Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Assemble, Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks).
