Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Terraform/CloudFormation. Configure and optimize Splunk for centralized log management and analytics. Set up and monitor system health and metrics using Amazon CloudWatch. Administer and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters for containerized deployments. Enforce AWS governance and security best practices, policies, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with developers, cloud engineers, and security teams to resolve operational issues. Automate routine tasks and build dashboards for real-time monitoring and reporting. Must-Have Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 2+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS. Strong expertise in Amazon Connect and related AWS services. Proficiency in scripting: Python, Bash. Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools: Terraform, CloudFormation.
