Responsibilities Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements Prepare estimates for general expenses and overheads Project cash flow and financing requirements Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems Prepare and maintain a directory of supplies and trade contractors Liaise, consult and communicate with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates Experience and specialization Type of experience Commercial and/or industrial construction 0 - $100,000 $1,500,001 - $4,000,000 Area of work experience Purchasing, procurement and contracts Project coordination Work conditions and physical capabilities Fast-paced environment Work under pressure Standing for extended periods Group insurance benefits Pension plan Who can apply for this job?
