Human Resources Exemption: No Education Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) Licenses Basic Life Support Instructor Certificate (BLS) Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS) Experience Requires a minimum of five (5) years nurse experience related to the clinical program area Qualification beyond basic RN e.g. advanced training, educator certification, or past experience in clinical education. Capability to conduct multidisciplinary training (nursing, allied health, support staff). Current certification in NRP; in some settings, preference or requirement for NRP Instructor certification. Experience in neonatal or pediatric specialties, perinatal care, or NICU settings.
