Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns. Grow our existing customer base by upselling and crossselling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Required Qualifications Qualified candidates must meet all provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with provincial requirements, candidates must, prior to their first day of employment: A valid, full, unrestricted drivers license. Additional Desired Qualifications The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position. A high school diploma, GED or military service. A strong customer service orientation. Selfmotivation and the drive to work in an environment that relies on teamwork to meet goals. A positive attitude, along with ambition, organization and service spirit. Compensation A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 $90,000 per year and is a combination of base salary plus earned commissions. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, performance and other business and organization needs.
