Nurse Practitioner WELL Health Grandview Medical Clinic Permanent, Full-Time, Permanent, Part-Time Start Date Negotiable Job Specifics This Vancouver clinic is looking to add a Nurse Practitioner to its clinical team. As part of a multi-disciplinary approach to full-service family medicine, the NP will work collaboratively in the team environment and start their own patient panel as required by the Ministry. The role is a full-time salaried position. This clinic, located in the Grandview Superstore, is a hybrid walkin/family practice with 7 exam rooms, 3 doctors offices, and kitchen space, and supports 5 physicians. Appointments are conducted both virtually and in person, and the patient population is multiculturally diverse. The practice focuses on FPmaternity, postpartum care, baby care, IUD insertions, PAPs, and general family practice patients. NPs are expected to work collaboratively and participate in Primary Care Network (PCN) development in the community. Parking/Bike/Transit Ample parking; the clinic is a short walk from the Rupert Skytrain station. Hours MondayFriday 9am5pm Other relevant information Affiliated with FPMS1 OB call group at BC Womens Hospital, typically 36 12hr shifts/month. The clinic has supportive physician colleagues and excellent MOAs. The Registered Nurse is in clinic most days and can assist with lactation teaching, immunizations, postpartum support and paps. #J-18808-Ljbffr
