We are recruiting a highly organized and detail-oriented on-site Project Administrator to join our team at the BHP Jansen Potash Mine in Jansen, SK.As the Project Administrator, you will work closely with project managers, team members, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project operations throughout the entire project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include maintaining project documentation, personnel onboarding, and assisting with scheduling.ResponsibilitiesFacilitate the onboarding of new project personnelOrganize and maintain project personnel schedulingEnsure clients needs are met in a timely and cost-effective mannerCommunicate and attend meetings with the client regarding administrative functions.Support project managers, quality personnel, safety personnel and other disciplines administratively.RequirementsCompletion of or enrollment in a Business, Administrative program or ConstructionTechnology diploma program is required.
