Rotates stock and checks for expired products. Ensures the merchandise is properly signed and priced. Adheres to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sellby dates, and expiration dates. Takes orders for Deli Department merchandise; slices and prepares merchandise such as meat, cheese, fried chicken; and provides requested assistance. Provides assistance to the frontend Associates with price checks. Prepares deli food orders, meat, cheese, and utilizes slicers, stackers, and other utensils; prepares chicken by using rotisserie oven and deep fryer; and fills prepared salads and side dishes for placement into display area and specialty orders from customers as required. Keeps the area neat, clean, and organized, free of fixtures, unnecessary debris, foreign objects, and liquids. The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $16.10. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience. Minimum Qualifications Age 16 or older.
