The Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic and forwardthinking Manager, AI Insights to lead a group of talented data scientists and AI engineers. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record of applying AI to solve real business problems, a passion for bringing people and ideas together, and the ability to inspire teams to deliver measurable business impact. Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse team of AI and data professionals. Foster a positive, collaborative, and highperforming team culture. Balance multiple priorities while maintaining focus on strategic goals. Technology & Innovation: Stay current with advancements in AI, NLP, LLMs, and cloud technologies. Identify and evaluate emerging tools and practices to keep the team ahead of the curve. Drive innovation while ensuring alignment with business needs and scalability. Business Impact: Partner with stakeholders to translate business challenges into AIdriven solutions. Deliver projects that create measurable value, such as customer experience improvements, operational efficiencies, or revenue growth. Ensure AI solutions are productionready, ethical, and impactful. Communication & Collaboration: Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, accessible way. Build strong relationships across functions to ensure alignment and adoption of AI initiatives. Qualifications 3+ years of experience leading data science or AI/ML teams, with proven team management and mentoring success. Demonstrated success in applying AI/ML to deliver realworld, productionlevel business solutions. Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Handson understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs). Strong stakeholder management and exceptional communication skills. Positive, solutionoriented mindset with the ability to bring energy and team spirit to everyday work. Annual Performance Bonus Annual performance bonus is based on personal, division/business unit, and company performance. The range displayed is only the annual base salary. To maintain equity across the business, annual performance bonus targets are determined by job level, not individual circumstances. Individual base salaries are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other jobrelated reasons determined during the interview process. Salary bands are periodically reviewed and updated based on market changes, internal needs, and industry trends.
