Be responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of the resort (600 to 1500 guests). Monitor the cleanliness of rooms and common areas, reporting any malfunctions to the maintenance department. Know the resort inside out and work closely with the relevant departments (reception, laundry, catering). Manage a team of maintenance staff (30 to 50 employees). Anticipate and respond to varied customer needs and requirements. Schedule floor staff according to room occupancy. Monitor stock levels, identify supply requirements, and place orders with the stock and supply manager. Ensure work meets ClubMeds high quality standards. Guarantee the quality of services, compliance with health and safety rules, and maintenance of the property. Unite and motivate teams around defined objectives, supporting their development.
