Position Summary To pick and pack online grocery delivery orders ensuring a high quality standard and accuracy while adhering to strict safety and food hygiene standards to achieve customer satisfaction. What youll do Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with great care and quality in mind to achieve On Time delivery to customers. Pack orders with attention to detail including distinguishing between similar named products, exact quantity, correct product codes. Ensure that products picked are of the highest quality (e.g., no damaged products, freshest product selection, etc.). Correctly document and label all orders through interpretation and understanding of documentation including pick slips, packaging details, shipping labels, etc. Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a spaceefficient manner while still ensuring product quality standards are maintained. Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and offering service, including supporting issues to resolution. Ensure strict adherence to safety and food hygiene standards, including maintaining a clean and hygienic work area, immediate cleanup of all spills and debris, ensuring all totes are clean and void of debris before packing, operating material handling equipment safely, completing safety preinspection checks, and exhibiting behaviors that support the organizations mission and core values. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, efficiencies, customer satisfaction, safety, working conditions and quality standards; demonstrate flexibility in completing or adjusting to work assignments based on customer requests and meeting daily delivery schedules. Pay Range The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $18.00. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience. Le taux horaire minimum pour ce poste dbute 18.00 $.
