Key Job Duties & Responsibilities Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations to ensure high service standards. Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, including creating work schedules that cover day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. Financial Oversight: Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices to meet budget targets. Customer Excellence: Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction at the Victoria location. Inventory Control: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies and manage inventory to minimize waste. Compliance: Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly followed at the physical work site. Performance Monitoring: Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching to the team.
