As a key member of the team, you'll collaborate across disciplines, coordinate care, and guide unregulated care providersall while building meaningful connections with residents and their families.What Youll Be Doing:Coordinating resident admissions, discharges, and transfersCompleting resident assessments and leading the care planning processAdministering medications, wound care, and treatmentsUtilizing PointClickCare for accurate electronic charting and completing MDS assessmentsCommunicating with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teamsTaking on Charge Nurse responsibilities when requiredDelegating tasks and supporting unregulated care staffParticipating in care conferences and medication reviewsWhat Were Looking For:Registered and in good standing with BCCNMCurrent CPR/First Aid certificationConfident using electronic documentation systems (eMAR, PointClickCare)Strong critical thinking and leadership skillsFluent in English (verbal and written)Previous experience in long-term care preferredWhy Youll Love Working at Braddan:Nestled in Vancouvers stunning Kitsilano community, Braddan Private Hospital features ocean and mountain views, cozy furnishings, and a welcoming atmosphere.
