What you will deliver: Greet tenants and visitors Respond to tenant and visitor requests in a timely manner Provide direction and information to tenants and visitors at the Tower lobby regarding services within The Eaton Centre and the Office Towers. Ensure concierge desk is equipped with the necessary brochures, stationery and supplies to effectively service tenants and visitors Deliver memos, tickets and other correspondence to tenants Assist Marketing department in the execution of promotions and special events Ensure the office tower lobby is clean by contract housekeeping Report Tenant concerns or problems to management Administer promotional tenant registration programs Monitor console equipment and maintain records in the Tower lobby Maintain tenant lists and directory Boards Report on any unusual incidents and occurrences Complete occurrence and liability reports when required Call Security to have any unauthorized personnel removed from the office tower lobby Activate and/or isolate an elevator for Police, Fire Department, & Ambulance Maintain a dialogue with passengers in an elevator entrapment Summon security in cases of emergency Assist with onboarding new employees as required. Notify cleaning staff of any spills or trash in lobbies Provide assistance to office tenants in calling for taxis, ordering theatre tickets, booking flights, etc. What your strengths are: Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to handle stressful situations with tact and diplomacy What you need to succeed: Hospitality & Tourism degree or Diploma or Business Minimum 2 years experience in customer service Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google, and Internet Current CPR and First Aid Certificates preferred This is a unionized position and pay rates are set out in the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
