Working closely with Partners and Associates, you will help us lead teams for healthcare planning and design. How you''ll make a difference: Work in a unique, collaborative One-Team environment where all voices are valued and heard; Bring a thorough understanding of how our industry can improve work processes to bring value to the challenging physical environment of healthcare; Embrace the ''art of the possible'' - new ways of working and looking at how we can best design and deliver healthcare infrastructure; Provide design leadership and direction to team members to develop in-house expertise and methodologies to advance the group and the efficiency and effectiveness of architectural work; Advise on and apply relevant/applicable codes, design standards, and construction methodologies; Develop and manage client relationships; Leading communication with the community and interested project participants; Deliver projects efficiently and effectively through inspirational leadership; Actively contribute to design discussions, critiques, and a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and critical thinking; and Willingness to participate in all project phases and provide leadership, coaching and mentoring of the architectural team members. Who you are: 12+ years architectural designand leadership(experience with healthcare projectsan asset but not required); Registered Architect preferred(or eligible)in British Columbia or Alberta; Thrives and has fun working in a fast paced environment; Excellent interpersonal skills; Deep understanding of Revit and BIM software platforms (e.g., Navisworks, BIM 360, Glue, Revizto), with the ability to oversee their strategic application on projects; Proficient in Rhino, capable of guiding and reviewing complex modeling workflows; Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and/or other visualization software; Proficient in all phases of architectural design including master planning, schematic design and design development and be actively involved in the preparation and coordination of construction documents; Strong leadership experience in establishing scope, and directing the work of professional architects and technical staff on multiple projects, in a hybrid (in-studio and virtual) work environment; Able to leadlargeprojects(> $100 million construction value)with minimal supervision,including consultant coordination and client management; and Experience in leadingproject pursuit efforts (RFQ/RFP responses, fee letters). $105,000 - $138,000 a year At DIALOG, we believe compensation should reflect the unique talent each person brings to our team.
