Our work environment includes: Growth opportunities On-the-job training Benefits after 3 months Branch & Stone Landscape and Construction Inc is seeking an Experienced Snow/Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader for the 2026 season. These duties include, but are not limited to: Work in a crew of 2-3 People, Operating various gas powered weed whackers, 0 turn mowers, lawn mowers. lawn maintenance tractors, power rakes, air raiders, Etc. This is also a winter snow removal position. in winter you are required to lead a crew shoveling residential property''s, and be on call and work days and nights in winter for snow removal. Operate 1-5 ton trucks, ability to tow an enclosed trailer efficiently in a safe manor. Must be able to delegate orders and manage your crew in a safe and efficient manor. Qualified candidates must: Be reliable, punctual, and eager to learn and achieve personal growth. Be responsible, professional, and have good communication skills. Have keen attention to detail and quality of workmanship. Be physically fit, able to actively work long hours outdoors in various weather conditions Have a valid Class 5 Drivers License and willingness to acquire class 3 if needed. Have transportation and be willing / able to travel to your assigned job site daily. Experience is a must, you must be able to run a crew of 1-3 people and experience with many 2 stroke-4 stroke engines and hand tools. Employees will receive on the job training in all tasks as well as safety. Start time is 7am daily.
