We are currently seeking experienced Sales Associates who are passionate about fashion styling and have a proven background in evening wear, bridal, or luxury apparel sales. Key Responsibilities Deliver a highly personalized client experience, helping women find the perfect dress for life''s most memorable events. Use expert styling knowledge to advise on fit, fabric, and alterations for evening gowns and mother-of-the-bride/groom dresses. Build lasting client relationships and contribute to repeat business through excellent service. Maintain merchandising standards, assist with inventory, and perform opening/closing duties. What We''re Looking For Full-Time Role: Minimum 3+ years of retail sales experience in evening wear, bridal, or luxury fashion. Part-Time Role: Minimum 12 years of experience in fashion retail, preferably evening wear or bridal. Strong styling skills with the ability to guide clients confidently in selecting gowns for formal occasions. Warm, professional, and polished with exceptional customer service skills. Comfortable working Saturdays (required). Able to lift and carry gowns. Proficient with POS systems and retail technology. Why Join Madeline''s?
