Overview We are seeking a compassionate and professional Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. Duties Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Deep tissue, Relaxation and other massage services. Assess client conditions and discuss treatment goals to develop personalized therapy plans. Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health and safety standards. Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or self-care practices. Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client progress. Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients. Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and continuing education requirements to enhance skills. Requirements Valid massage therapy license or certification as required by state regulations. Knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy, physiology, and massage therapy techniques is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients. Excellent communication skills to explain treatment procedures and address client concerns professionally. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all client interactions. Prior experience in a similar setting is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided if necessary. A caring attitude with a genuine interest in promoting health and wellness through massage therapy.
