In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day fulfillment and operations in our warehouse, handle customer inquiries, and ensure overall smooth operation of our facility as well as helping with social media, content creation and other marketing initiatives. Your ability to analyze customer needs and effectively communicate solutions will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of service. Pick online orders, pack and prepare orders for shipping. Actively participate in daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations. Inventory count, organization and upkeep of warehouse. Receive, quality control, and put away inbound stock in a timely and accurate manner. Provide accurate information about products and services while addressing customer concerns. Collaborate and communicate with team members to reach daily and monthly targets. Assist in other administrative tasks, sample and gift preparations, social media and content creation. Other duties as assigned by management. Requirements Proficiency in English is required. Previous experience in customer service fulfillment role is preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and provide effective solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide top-notch customer service. High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and shipment. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role. Previous knowledge of Shopify is an asset. Previous knowledge in professional lash and brow services / products is an asset.
