Qualifications Valid Class 5 Driver''s License with a 5-year clean driver''s abstract Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to work both day and night shifts Ability to work in all weather conditions Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment Physical Demands Analysis (PDA) representative of the work required Canadian Safety Training System (CSTS) certification is required Additional safety training is considered an asset Experience Minimum of 2 years'' labour experience in construction and/or the aggregate industry Experience operating skid steer and/or packer equipment is an asset Proven experience working safely around heavy equipment Mechanical aptitude or experience is an asset General Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also working independently and self-directed as required Compensation Competitive hourly rate Flights to and from a designated major center are provided at no cost, if required Travel from airport to onsite lodging and back provided at no cost, if required Lodging is provided on site at no cost, if required Schedule 12-hour shifts 20 days on / 10 days off Day and night shifts Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Dental care Extended health care RRSP match Vision care Licence/Certification: CSTS (Construction Safety Training System) certificate?
