Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring clear and effective communication in multiple languages as needed Provide outstanding customer support by resolving issues, answering questions, and guiding clients through products or services with patience and clarity Conduct outbound calling to follow up with clients, gather feedback, or promote additional services in a courteous manner Maintain accurate data entry records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using Microsoft Office tools and internal databases Assist with client services tasks such as processing orders, handling cash or payments when necessary, and updating account information Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills to understand customer needs thoroughly Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve service processes, and ensure a seamless customer experience Keeping office place tidy and helping with job flow work assisting technicians Parts ordering Inventory and supply management sourcing Experience Body shop or Dealership, Auto shop, Rental companies environment Knowledge of automotive work Bilingual proficiency in English plus at least one additional language enhances your ability to serve diverse clients effectively Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally across multiple channels Demonstrated computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry tasks Experience with outbound calling campaigns or sales initiatives is a plus Familiarity with call center operations, analysis skills for assessing customer feedback, and cash handling experience are advantageous Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and excellent typing speed Embark on a career where your enthusiasm for helping others makes a real difference.
